Katherine Taylor is an Optimal Health Coach based out of Kitsilano and downtown Vancouver.  She holds her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. After cycling across Canada Katherine decided to relocate to Vancouver to be closer to the mountains, the sea, and the fresh air.  She now enjoys a career in health and fitness as a health coach who encompasses fitness, nutrition, and coaching into her practice.  She also works as a part time physical education teacher at a local private high school. Her passion for health and fitness stems from a desire to live a healthy, happy, fulfilled life!  Her mission in life is to strengthen  the health of the nation, one step at a time!

On April 21st Katherine will discuss her simple ideas about fitness. This conversation will encompass general topics such as:  how to create a personalized activity plan that fits into your lifestyle, and most of all, how to stick to it!  She will focus on fast, effective methods of training, such as the ULTIMATE 4 minute workout.  She will cover how to  properly structure your goals and action steps to set yourself up to “win”, no more yo-yoing with your diet and exercise, Katherine will show you how to make lasting life long changes to your health that you will love! There will be plenty of time for question and answer.  To finish off the presentation the group will take part in a 30 minute demonstration session on various exercises that can be performed at home, at a gym, or at the beach!  Katherine is a dynamic, enthusiastic speaker, don’t miss out on your chance to hear this one of a kind presentation and workout!

Shael Stonebridge over 20 years ago, in his early 40’s was feeling bloated, overweight, lacking in energy and constantly catching colds. He did not think that he should feel this mediocre at such a young age. This led to a 25+-year exploration of nutrition during which he has learned many things that have made him feel much more healthier and vital than he did even in his 20’s!

Over the last few years by employing his Simple Ideas About Nutrition, Shael has lost 45 pounds easily and naturally — and this has stayed off with minimal effort!, increased his endurance by a factor of 5, is eating 1/3 of the food he was eating 1-year ago AND feels like Fred Astaire when he walks — light as a feather!

Now in his mid-60’s, Shael is an R.H.N.,Registered Holistic Nutritionist, with a tremendous passion to share the wealth of knowledge that he has gained with every person interested in achieving greater WELLNESS and exceptional VITALITY. 

Shael works with his Clients to help them achieve wellness and vitality for themselves through liver gallstone cleansing (StoneCleanse) and life-giving organic whole foods. He is an accomplished and enthusiastic speaker with 6-years of Toastmasters training and 2 DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster) designations.
